Qualifications :
- Max 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Min 2 years of working experience as Recruiter and People Development
- Experience in japanese manufacture company are preferred
- Familiar with psychological test
- Willing to work in East Karawang
- Handle recruitment process end to end
- Responsible for all training (internal or eksternal)
- handle assessment for all employee
- Develop/improve system recruitment, organization & People Development
