PT Sinarmas Sekuritas didirikan pada tahun 1988 dengan nama “PT Sinarmas Ekagraha Money Changer” yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan valuta asing, traveller’s cheque, dan surat-surat berharga lainnya dalam valuta asing. Pada tahun 1989, nama PT Sinarmas Ekagraha Money Changer berubah menjadi “PT Sinarmas Ekagraha” dan menjadi “PT Sinarmas Sekuritas” pada tahun 1995. 1. Management Development Program (MDP)

Requirements

  1. Minimum bachelor degree in Information Technology Majors from respectable University with a minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00-grade scale;
  2. Age maximum at 25 years old;
  3. Fresh Graduate or maximum of 2 years working experiences;
  4. All candidates must be fluent in English both spoken and written and having proven TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC 500/6/550 would be a preference (still valid);
  5. Has a high passion for the capital market industry;
  6. Show integrity, positive attitude, commitment, continues improvement, innovative, and loyal
2. Sales (Equity)

Requirements

  1. Professional, Hardworking and Disciplined
  2. Min S1 from any major, preferably majoring in business & economics
  3. Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience in the capital market sector (fresh graduated welcome to apply)
  4. Target oriented & Team player
  5. Preferably have a WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) License
  6. Willing to be contracted as MITRA
3. Accounting Staff

Requirements

  1. Maximum age of 27 years
  2. Education min S1 in Economics majoring in Accounting from a Leading University
  3. Preferably have experience in the field of capital markets / financial institutions and BIG 4 would be advantages
  4. Preferably understand Taxes
  5. Adaptable & detailed person
  6. Had worked in an accounting firm be a plus
4. Legal

Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Law from a reputable university in Indonesia;
  2. At least 4years of experiences in private practice in reputable law firms or at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experiences as in-house legal (especially in payment technology companies)
  3. Significant experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents
  4. Sufficient knowledge or experiences in advising on the topic of data protection is a plus
  5. English proficiency is a plus
  6. Able to work under pressure, motivated, independent, highly responsible, and able to take initiative
  7. Strong interest in payment tech industry
5. Branch Manager

Requirements

  1. Professional, Hardworking and Disciplined
  2. Min S1 from any major, preferably majoring in business & economics
  3. Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years experiences in same position (capital market / Banking sector)
  4. Target oriented & Team player
  5. Preferably have a WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) License

Requirements

  2. In depth knowledge of PSAK and willing to improve the specific regulation and law by the regulator.
  3. Minimum 3 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience in Big 4 firm.
  4. Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  5. Demonstrate good inter-personnel and communication skills
  6. Strong leadership and Excellent problem-solving skills

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance or any major from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience
  3. Detail-oriented and can spot errors and discrepancies report quickly and accurately;
  4. Possess excellent communication skills, particularly written to develop reports;
  5. Knowledge in OJK regulations;
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Power Point;
  7. Experience in compliance especially in sekuritas or asset management industries;
  8. Professionals of high ethical standards with high drive to complete their duties with business mindset
9. Head Of Risk Management

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  2. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification may be beneficial
  3. Thorough understanding of the business or organization’s goals and values
  4. Computer, data entry and MS Office skills
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  6. Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately
  7. Strong attention to detail and organization
  8. Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e. risk assistant or risk analyst)
  9. Solid research skills using the internet and first-person interviews
  10. Experience working in securities and asset management
10. Tax Manager

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  2. Solid knowledge of Indonesian Tax and Accounting law and regulations
  3. Have a Tax License A or B.
  4. Minimum 5-7 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience in Big 4 firm and currently holding the most senior tax role in any leading corporation in Indonesia
  5. Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  6. Strong leadership and Excellent problem solving skills
  7. Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team environment
  8. Familiar with e-SPT and MS Office
  9. Attention to details and accuracy
11. Finance Accounting Manager

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  2. In depth knowledge of PSAK and willing to improve the specific regulation and law by the regulator.
  3. Knowledge of SAP accounting software system will be an added advantage
  4. Minimum 5-7 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience in Big 4 firm.
  5. Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  6. Strong leadership and Excellent problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team environment
  8. Attention to details and accuracy
