Lengan terbaru grup dan terlibat dalam konsultasi manajemen, mencakup semua kegiatan mulai dari manajemen operasi, strategi perusahaan, peta jalan & strategi teknologi informasi, sumber daya manusia & manfaat, desain organisasi dan pengembangan, manajemen perubahan, resolusi hukum & konflik, konsultasi keuangan, pemasaran & penjualan, dan sistem pemantauan layanan publik.

HR Section Head

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the implementation of HR Strategy and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Manage organization development, performance management, recruitment, learning & development, compensation benefit, employee relation & retention and labor relation include labor union.
• Maintain and mentoring HR Team.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or Law.
• Al least 7 years experience in related field.
• Deep knowledge about HR strategic (performance management, learning development, recruitment, talent development, etc)
• Knowing well about industrial relation, HR Administration
• Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta.
