Posisi:

1. Operations - Customer Operations Supervisor (Yogyakarta)
Job description:

  • Monitoring Team Leader from BPO on floor and make sure all tasklist done by BPO Team leader
  • Review day to day agent performance with Team Leader BPO
  • Bridging with Shopee related unit to execute some process like Banned/Un-banned account
  • Follow up special case that need escalated to other unit at internal shopee
  • Working with Team Leader Inhouse to validate all report that produced by BPO (invoice, performance, score card incentive, etc)

Requirements:

  • Good diploma/degree from a recognized institution
  • Experience as Customer Service, Experience as Supervisor min.1 year.
  • Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and calls
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Able to communicate with English
  • Previous relevant experience is a plus

2. Operations - Customer Operations, Team Lead (Yogyakarta)
Job Description:
  • Monitor BPO team leaders on floor and ensure the tasks meet the target and standards.
  • Day-to-day agent performance review with BPO team leader, provide suggestions on improvement.
  • Bridging with Shopee related unit to execute additional processes such as banned/un-banned accounts.
  • Proactively resolve special cases by escalating to respective divisions accordingly.
  • Work closely with in-house team leaders to validate report from BPO-side (invoice, performance, score card, incentive, etc) is accordance with high accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have by minimum Diploma's degree from reputable university.
  • Candidate must have 3-years experience prior in Customer Service (with background of leading small project/group) and 1-year as team leader. Preferably with experience of multi-interface; face-to-face, call, and email.
  • Candidate must have strong skills in communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Candidate have good traits as a team leader, possess good & positive attitude, and high eagerness to learn.
  • Candidate should be fond working in English-speaking environment, preferably good in both verbal and written.

3. Operations - ShopeePayLater Collection Lead (Yogyakarta)
Job Description:

  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Manage BPO performance for Shopee side
  • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
  • Update account status records and collection efforts
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
  • Implement solutions and plan to improve collection process for better recovery rate

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree holder
  • Has good leadership skills and strong analytical thinking
  • Has experience in management, operation and leadership especially in debt collection team
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to build consensus and relationship among counterparts and stakeholders

4. Operations - Customer Operations Quality Assurance
Job Description:

  • Supervise the work of customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
  • Document call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
  • Achieve qualitative call monitoring & scoring goals as established
  • Provide reports related with quality score of all agents on ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude, eagerness to learn
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skill
  • Minimum 1 year experience as QA within CS Area

5. Operations - Customer Operations, Trainer
Job Description:

  • Develop curriculum to support classroom training & regular refreshment training
  • Conduct timely constructive feedback and counselling of the trainees
  • Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training
  • Arrange operation training
  • Deliver some training (on-boarding, etc)
  • Do training administration & report

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer in a customer service contact center environment (get used to: Training Need Analysis, Training Design and Development, Training Delivery, Coaching & Training Evaluation)
  • Driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Work experience as a teacher is preferred

6. Operations - ShopeePayLater, Collection Team Lead
Job Description:

  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
