Responsibilites:
- Process Customer order and return through SAP with correct PO, customer id, sales type and capture all required information ie: machine model, serial no., obtain approval for BO for parts, Search fastest source when do Backorder and select the efficient way and apply Company SOP through all the process.
- Monitor all pending document and in process document, Monitor & follow up Backorder Parts, make sure all orders are received in timely manner, follow up customer when parts complete and ready to pick up. Check in transit orders. Conduct analysis for back order parts.
- Make sure that customer gets the solution for the correct parts. Choosing the competitive parts and well explanation to customer is a must.
- Follow up to another Branch, Forwarders, Head Office, or CAT-ADC to ensure there is no un-process customer order and escalate if there is any problem occurs.
- File all document systematically in filling system, Coordinate admin activity, check the completeness of supporting document related to counter activities.
- Assess Workplace for safety and compliance, promote safety, ensure workplace is safe & convenient and complies with 5S & CC Guidelines.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma of Engineering or Economics (D3)
- Open for Fresh Graduate; otherwise preferable 1 year minimum experience in front line desk support
- Good communication skill, understand and able to read Parts books, have product knowledge for Heavy Equipment product is more preferred
- Basic & Business English, MS Office
